I offer primarily individual therapy for the folx below, although I do also offer couples and family therapy as tandem services. Click on links for more details about particular concerns and treatments.

Most Common Presenting Concerns: Anxiety, depression, eating concerns, issues of sexuality and gender, life transitions and stress, substance use, and trauma
Pregnancy, Birth, and Parenting: Adoption, infertility, miscarriage, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (including postpartum depression)
Women’s Issues: Breast cancer, chronic or pelvic pain, sexual violence
Therapies: Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)

Fees for services are $180 for an initial intake and $140 for a regular 45-minute session (individual, couples, family). If those rates are not doable for you in either a weekly or bi-weekly format, I do have an informal sliding scale that ranges down to $90 a session. I also reserve 20% of my caseload for Open Path clients in need of even lower cost services. Please let me know if you are in need of alternative rates when reaching out for services (and please let me know if your financial situation changes). I accept cash, check, or credit including HSA/FSA. While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you all the information you need to submit a claim yourself for possible reimbursement. I also am registered with, Reimursify, an app that does the work of filing out-of-network claims for you.
